Adding description to images

Get Picassa from Google. It's real easy to edit pictures and add text and then upload them to Auctiva. You can add text right on the images themselves. if you

When you add the caption to the caption box on the Image Management page, are you then either (1) selecting the checkbox for the image (at left) and clicking the blue Update Captions button at top or bottom of page, or (2) using the Item Action drop-down list (at right) for the image and selecting Update Caption?

If those methods are working for you, you should be able to exit the page and return with the caption still there. If they aren't working, which Operating System and browser are you using?
