Hello Iron -

There are a few ways you can do this, as long as a listing is still eligible for revision on eBay.

You can use the Revise Your Item form on eBay and make changes to it there. You can also use the Add Images button on the Active Listings page of your Auctiva account to add images to a listing - this typically adds the images near the bottom of the listing.

Alternately, you can make the change to your Saved Listing including the image you refer to, save it again, and the use these steps to change the listing on eBay:

- Click the Get HTML button to the right of the item on your Saved Listings page with the icon: </>
- use the Select All button and then copy the HTML in the popup window that shows
- Locate the item on eBay and open the "Revise Your Item" form.
- Scroll down to the "Description" section and then make sure that it is on the HTML tab.
- Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, preview your changes and continue and confirm your changes.

Please note that any of these methods require that the item be eligible for revision on eBay to make the change.

Well, I tried the Add Images button on the Active Listings page. My listing can be revised as they are fixed price buy it now listing and Ive revised them many times. However after adding the new images, they simply did not show up. So thats a no go. Very vexing as that seemed the best choice. I dont understand your next option as Im not seeing how exactly the images are being added.
Hello Iron -

Please note that when you use Add Images on a listing that is eligible for revision on eBay, the images are not typically added to the body of the listing, they usually show at the bottom of the listing - outside of the template if you are using one. If you have attempted to do this on a listing that is eligible for revision on eBay and encountered difficulty, I suggest you file a support case with us letting us know exactly what has occurred - please be sure to specify the listing you have attempted to modify and we'll be happy to take a look.

It is unclear which portion of the other option provided you may be encountering difficulty with - you would just need to add your additional images to the Saved version of the listing you are modifying and then save it again. After you have saved it with the new images, you can then use the steps presented in the prior post to modify the active listing on eBay. If you are having difficulty with this or have questions, please feel free to let us know in a support case so we can further assist you.

- Craig
