Adding information below pictures

The easiest way to accomplish this is to insert your images directly into the description editor by using the "Freetiva Image" button on the lower right editor toolbar. It has a mountain/sun icon on it.

When you add your images directly into the description editor, you can enter text below, above, or beside each image by placing your cursor in the desired location and typing away.

I have gotten it to download the picture to my listing, but I still am not able to add my text. The way you have just selected will insert images in their full size directly into your auction description in the spot you've selected via the Design Editor.
