ADDING ITEMS INTO STORE

Hi MERCEDES,
The only way you can add items that you are selling is to list them. It need not be ebay but any site that your store window is showing i.e. your website!

IM SORRY BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO THAT BECAUSE WHEN I TRY LISTING IT I AM STILL BEING CHARGE INSERTION FEE FROM EBAY...IM NEW ALL ALL THIS PLEASE BE MORE SPECIFIC

No, it is not possible to add items to your Auctiva store without listing them on eBay. Your Auctiva store will ONLY display all of your current eBay listings at any given time.

The "point" of your Auctiva store is to increase traffic to your eBay listings. Since there is a link to your Auctiva store in the scrolling gallery in your listings, buyers will inevitable land there and hopefully purchase additional items from you that they would not have found otherwise.

Many sellers also like to promote their Auctiva stores on their customer communications, promotional materials, community forum posts, etc to further advertise their eBay merchandise that is available in their Auctiva stores. We also allow our customers that option to purchase custom domains for their Auctiva stores that convey a more professional appearance and are easier to remember than the store URL that is assigned by default, which can be of great benefit if you are actively promoting your Auctiva store.
