Adding Pic to active listing with Bids

I screwed up and forgot to add a picture of the mouthpiece on a Noblet Trumpet. Will it work to take my save listing of the ad, add the picture, copy the HTML code, then go to ebay, select revise listing and Paste the HTML code into the active listing on ebay?
I tried to revise the listing and the only thing I could do was to add a note to email me for the picture.
Any help would be appreciated. Take care,

Ebay will not let you edit an item with a bid on it.

Nor will it let you edit an item where you have sold 1 (on auctions with multiple items)

This is to stop people saying they are selling a car, then changing it to a matchstick once someone bids

Auctions with under 12 hours left can't be changed either.
