adding the Sellathon counter to any listing new or old

I am new to Auctiva. Would like to add a counter to my listing.
1st)I don't want to pay for one.
2nd) Is Sellathon free? I have gone to their site and see that there is a monthly fee, the one on ebay is free, but you can also sign up to pay for andale. Don't want to pay. To many fees as there is. this is why I am trying Auctiva.
3rd) When I try to use the Sellathon counter section on the listing form, it is not highlighted. I click "Create a Sellathon Account" I get "A Sellathon Account is Automatically genterated when you sign-up for Auctiva" ok, Try to sign in, will not let me. ok, Try to Generate a new sellathon account. I get "Sellathon account creation failed! invalid token/IP combination." Now what do I do? Can not find a answer anywhere else.
I hope someone out there can help me.

I'm not sure how much this helps, but I do know that although Sellathon offers a paid service the counter we get through Auctiva is free. However, if you're not using the pay service then I don't think there's actually any logging on you'd need to do at Sellathon.

When you first sign up with Auctiva I believe you immediately enter into the 30-day free trial with Sellathon. When you create a listing and click on the counter it'll show you stats for that item. If you don't sign up by the end of the 30 days, don't worry, the free trial just ends and you continue to use the free counter.
