Additional custom tags for templates - Are there any available?

I design alot of templates for customers who are using auctiva, however I see alot of fields are not available for custom templates, for instance if someone is selling jewelry and they want to indicate the ring size, setting etc. is there a way to get a custom tag for such a thing?

Here is a sample of the template I am working on installing now for a client, you will see on the right the box that features the special fields that goes with this item.

Were you able to create custom tags? We are jewelry sellers and also would like to put in some custom tags into our template, for. e.g total carat weight, etc.
