Advice on counters please

Hi - You can append the Sellathon counter to your listings. There are two settings to accomplish this, one in your account settings, and one on your lister page on a drop down menu. With the sellathon counter in place, you can see your hits on Auctiva's active listings page.

Thanks - I had already clicked the sellathon counter to enabled on my account settings. But the drop down menu doesn't appear in the listing page. Any ideas on how to overcome this? BTW I haven't joined sellathon - do I need to?
I have just looked at an item on ebay from another seller that has the sellathon counter and also the ebay counter on display. I must be missing something somewhere - but then again, I have imported my items successfully and listed an item reasonably easily, so I can't have it all I suppose. Also, I noted from the boards some people said all their items disappeared for ages. Mine were all available and the item I listed appeared on abey straight away. My only disappointment so far is the counters......

On the listing page, the drop-down menu appears next to the words 'select a counter', just below the big blue 'select a template' link. The basic counter is free, no need to sign-up.

If you would like to also have the eBay counter, you can go to Revise Your Item in eBay as soon as you post it and add the counter.
