After posting photos, system locks up?

After I do the title,description, add the photos, then proceed to the select template it will not pull up the templates. My other computer is fine but I did not change any settings. Why?

Hi, Yes I am having the same problem....not sure why. If you back out of select template screen it will work on the 2nd or 3rd try same thing seems to be happening in preview as well. Hope this helps.
