Hi,

I have auctiva set to leave feedback for me. It's been several days, but not a single feedback has been left and I have plenty that need to be done. How do I get this thing going?

Is there a problem at auctiva?

I know this software is free, but it sure seems to have a lot of problems.

I've given up trying to list with it, all I want is the auto feedback, but now that doesn't work either.

Anyone know of a more reliable program like this?

From what I've heard, Auctiva is the best free (and better than some non-free) listing program around.
Maybe you don't have it configured right? Have you filed a support case?
