sorry, had to ask though. one of the big complaints we see is from people saying they never got a reply, when what actually happened is that aol blocked the email from getting to them or their email provider dumped it in a spam folder. And since you didnt provide details about whether you had checked through that link or not...

It took over 30 hours to get resolution to my problem but it was finally 'fixed'. I believe it was only after I filed a second request, which I received the following reply:
Our reconcile process is running behind right now due to the vast number of requests we are processing. I've already forwarded this case to our engineering department and they will have this listing imported manually as soon as possible.
There is no reason to file multiple support requests between replies unless you are reporting a new issue. We are dealing with a very large number of support cases and we service each case as quickly as possible.
I will get back to you when I hear word that this listing has been imported.
Which seemed odd to me considering this is eBay's 'slow' time that so many requests are seemingly overwhelming the Auctiva system.
Since this problem repeatedly happens to me when I use the 'relist' feature from eBay and the try to add additional images from Auctiva, I remain convinced there is a 'glitch'. And, since no one at Auctiva will even discuss that is a possibility with me, I am further convinced this isn't the end to this same thing happening.
Sorry to have rambled .. bottom line is that for that particular auction, the issue has been resolved.
glad to hear they got you fixed up. If there is a bug/problem, hopefully they'll get it fixed soon (there's an update gonna happen in a few days, maybe will be fixed then)
