All images not working in auctiva and ebay? Anyone else?

ME too! My scheduled listings are all starting now and only the first image from the first listing is displayed in the "non" scrolling gallery. My Gallery Plus Pic on search page does enlarge but doesn't load the other images in that listing. I don't know what to do but wait until all of mine go active. Man, i sure hope it is a maintenance issue. Anyone Else?

Do you have a link to your listing(s) that have posted? Can you see the pics in the link I posted?

Me too my scrolling gallery is not showing any images and my thumbnails are not showing on my storefront.
Hope they get it sorted soon.

Hi Chrissy.dee,

I can see your scrolling gallery pics, and the regular gallery pics on ebay, but not any pics in the actual listing. Weird.

Hi again, I clicked your link and I do see your images and they are enlarging when I click them. Your scrolling gallery seems fine also.

I sent in a support request 4 hours ago and still haven't heard anything...they MUST be working hard. My scrolling gallery seems fine now BUT...still no thumbnails on the Gallery Plus. I've gotten a few replies from Support. The first said they could view my images without issue. Then they said they couldn't view them because they were 16x16 pixels.

This is so very strange as all images worked until this morning.

What I can see:
scrolling gallery
ebay gallery pic in list of auctions

What I can't see:
Auctiva thumbnails
Auctiva supersizes
eBay gallery and auction body images.

Hi again, well I finally got an answer to my no thumbnails on Gallery Plus on the eBay search results page. We only get ONE enlargable gallery pic for the money. If you want more they have to be uploaded to eBay and of course they charge .15 EACH to add them to your Gallery Plus. Used to be all of my pictures from the listings I created here were loaded over on to the Gallery Enlarge. All I had to do was pick the Gallery Plus option. Guess I didn't get the memo!. I finally rebooted my wireless router. It all works now.... I had rebooted my computer and modem. Who knew!?
