All my listings are gone!

It has been a couple of months since I last used Auctiva to list on eBay. This week, when I logged in to update some listings and post them, I was surprised to discover that I didn't have ANY saved listings!

Is there a time limit on saved listings??

I was able to recover a few of them because about half a dozen were still in the dropdown list for 'Create a similar listing'. But I lost about 30 listings, and all my templates.

When you go into Saved Listings, be sure you change the dropdown on the right, approximately third line to "All." That means the time period that you are looking at is not the last 30 days but All listings.
