Thanks for helping to bring this to our attention. A number of listings that were scheduled to post during the 4 o'clock hour seem to be stuck in "Ready" status and our engineering team is currently working to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
I'll keep you all posted through this thread as more information about this issue becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing.
Hi Mike from Auctiva, What I need to know is will the listing that got bounced into "scheduled" eventually list when this gets fixed? Or will I need to go back and manually post it? I need this listing to post ASAP but I also don't want multiple listings for the same item. Thanks so much in advance for your reply. Take care.
I just received an update from our engineering team on this issue and I'm pleased to report that the main issue has been overcome and that many of these listings that were stuck are starting to be posted now. We're going to do our best to ensure that as many of them as possible are posted to eBay successfully, but it is likely that some will end up failing.
If you are being impacted by this issue, I recommend monitoring your Scheduled Listings page over the next couple hours to see if any of these listings end up failing to post to eBay. If any of them end up generating failure messages and that corresponds with what you see within eBay, you should then be able to post them successfully by trying again.
Thank you all very much for your patience as we continue to deal with this situation. I will post any new developments I become aware of with respect to this issue to this thread.
Hi All, I had 20 listing scheduled to start at 8pm to 9pm est in 3 minute incuments. My 1st 10 listings didn't show as posted until 8:30 or so, then others were posted until 9:00. I looked at them and some were jumbled out of sequence. All eventually posted but I dont know what order or starting times. I've seen worse Auctiva fumbles in the past. I wish they would get this scheduling/posting issue resolved once and for all. Happy Selling, Mike bs420luv
Whew, Thank God they fixed it. I was about to go nuts! LOL THANK YOU, even though I lost some time to list things, then had unexpected company come over...argh! Wish all this type of stuff would stop interrupting me when I'm trying to work. LOL But thank you tons for fixing it! My listings listed fine and the one listing earlier that got stuck in scheduled, when I went to 'edit' it because I was going to try and post it, it did look all jumbled. So I just clicked the post button again...(of course it went to scheduled), and then deleted the 1st listing stuck in the scheduled listings and waited for 2nd listing to list(deleted 1st), and it worked fine---whew! Thank you very much for fixing it!
