I checked what you might be using for Profiles from your Store link, and your active listings don't appear to be using the Auctiva (defined) Profiles, e.g. Seller Details. Do you mean "Saved Listings"? If so, the Saved Listings page only automatically displays Listings from last 30 days. Change that to ALL on the drop-down list at upper right on the page, and you'll get ALL Save Listings.
Note, this and the facelift to the site to reduce the number of server page-hits against the 200+ servers has been a real improvement to navigation and page-load response (that was BROKEN! / TERRIBLE SLOWDOWN! due to the major increase in the customer base over the past year). With over 2,000,000 now served, they gotta make changes or the site will die due to the load requirements. Between that and the eBay mandates that they MUST do to keep certified, we need to support them...even when there are problems. OK, off my soapbox.
