Hi All,
I made some custom templates to utilize for my listings. I made sure they contained all my seller details for shipping etc, I have been posting things utilizing the custom templates to find that my Seller Details are gone from my postings! They appear on the custom templates.
Somebody Please Help!

Thanks for contributing to our forum. While creating your listings in Auctiva, once you have chosen your template, in order for your seller details to display in the template you selected for your listing, all you need to do is choose your seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pull-down menu to the right of where you just selected your template in the lister page. From the sound of it, you may have selected your template but not your seller details profile, which would be why the seller details are not displaying on your listings.

You should be able to revise your listings to add your seller details to them by using the following steps:
1) Within Auctiva, locate your listing on the Saved Listings page, make any necessary changes (select your seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pull-down menu), and save.
2) Check the box next to your updated listing on the Saved Listings page and click the “< HTML >” tab to the right.
3) Click the “Select All” tab and copy the highlighted html in the popup window.
4) Now locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to "Edit Description" section then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Highlight and delete the html that is already there and then paste the copied html from Auctiva in its place and save your changes.

Please keep in mind that eBay does not permit you to remove anything from an item that has a bid, and/or has less than 12 hours remaining.
