I have not only experienced that problem, I have completed a listing, then when I either run error check or schedule the listing I get an error message then the page closes and I lose the entire listing I've worked on. The only thing that I have found to help with these issues is to not start a listing in Auctiva without first rebooting my computer. I never have probs when I do this. The picture issue you are having is identical to the one's I had 2 weeks ago. I can upload pictures this week without first rebooting, but give it a try.
