Hi I just wanted to ask do you have to list all your items that were active on ebay and are showing up as active on the auctiva site-I tried but my ebay shop is showing no categories and no listing when I click on shop. Is there a delay on all your items or do I have to relist and be charged a second time for ebay fees?
I would really appreciate an answer from someone-this is all new to me

Hi - When you sign up for a third party service like Auctiva, ebay will temporarily pull your listings for a period of up to about 4 to 6 hours to make sure your account hasn't been highjacked. They should reappear after this delay.
