All of my decriptions have disappeared

Do you mean the descriptions in the Auctiva lister, or the actual listing descriptions on ebay?

All but 1 of my saved listings are missing. Photos still there. Anybody else having a problem? ed

Auctiva added a feature to the Saved Listings page that defaults to display only the last 30 days use of Saved Listings. Just change it to ALL and the others will appear.

It's happening again. The description disappeared. I finished a listing and went to schedule it and got a message...there is no listing to schedule.

I wanted to start over and couldn't pull up the description field.

I found out what's wrong with it, it's not because the display but the whole description field was missing, I read some of the message and since I use mozilla firefox, I have to go to tools and cleared private data..it works now. thanks anyone who gave me the reply..

My description box disappeared again!! I don't know what to do but this problem keeps happening to me when I use Auctiva. Especially at very unconvient times... I tried doing clearing private data and still doesn't work for me. It's very annoying to say the least. :P I want to depend on Auctiva but it looks like I can't sometimes, lol.
