The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy.

Hi, Some items that are not allowed on ebay and this will happen, or lets say you are listing adult items and select paypal for payments, you would get this error too. Thats all I know about this error as it has happened to me too! You are problaly just over looking something small. If not, maybe someone eles can help you.

Simple solution. Take your title, and take the HTML you get from our site using the "GetHTML" button on the saved listing page, and list it at eBay.
Then see what error they give you there. Come back to our site, fix it, and list it.

One of the top reasons this could be: Do you have the words: CASH, GoogleCheckout, or BidPay in your description?
BidPay is allowed now, but agreed, it's gotta be something eBay does not allow. To know for sure, try listing it directly on eBay (copy & paste html from Auctiva) to see exactly what the problem is.
