I can't get any pictures to load either. I am losing so much money that I may have to resort to listing the "old fashoind way" -- on eBay. I know there will be tons of extra listing fees, but at least I'll have items selling. Anyone know what's going on? I've read messages about changing the pixel size on photos, but why is this necessary? I have hundreds of photos already taken in preparation to list; I really don't want to do all of the work again at a lower pixel (and lower quality).
My quality was not lost when I used a lower pixel. Auctiva already reduces the size anyway if it isn't the right one.

The reason for the sporatic problem is because they are updating their hardware. (from a different post)

You could try Meridian but it cost money and is so much worse than Auctiva. I love Auctiva. I can't belive people are complaining about a free service such as Auctiva.

And the ones that are paying for Auctiva need not respond to my comment, as it is not directed towards you.
I'm not complaining, merely questioning what the problem was. I tried reducing the pixel size and I still can't upload. I realize that Auctiva is a free site -- but it doesn't matter how low the cost is if it doesn't work. According to the 'other post' you are referencing, the problem was supposed to have been solved this morning.
