It's possible that both your problems (this one and the one in the other thread) is that you're view information that was cached by your browser. It would be strange for that to happen for something like that, but anything's possible. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options. Click the General tab, then next to Temporary Internet Files, click delete. Close than click OK to exit. If you're using Firefox, click Tools>Clear Private Data then click cache. Click the "Clear private data now" button. If that doesn't take care of the problem, I'd suggest you open a support ticket with Auctiva.
