I guess I never looked. I was used to putting Zonalyzer IIi in my listings so my customers could figure their freight there. Zonalyzer had a separate handling charge field for international. Of course, when eBay came out with their own shipping calculator with international, Zonalyzer, although a better product IMHO, became uncompetitive.
