Hi Belinda
It would seem that they were added eBay style and may have cost extra, your account would confirm that although it is too late to fix now.
Regards adding images without fees, what you need to know is that eBay does not have any concept of your template, it exists purely at Auctiva to format all your text and images prior to posting to eBay.
One way is to :-
1) in Auctiva edit the original listing and re-save it.
2) In the saved listing folder select HTML for this listing and when a new window comes up showing the HTML copy this text into your clipboard.
3) Then via eBay, (in a new Explorer window) open the item to revise it.
4) Select 'standard' mode for the description window and delete your original text and images including any eBay added ones if you wish. Take care not to delete counters or anything else you require.
5) Select HTML mode and paste in the HTML from your clipboard, making sure that it is in the correct position relative to the scrolling gallery code if present. (Note the SG does not appear in the 'standard' mode of this window)
6) Press, Save and continue and look at your listing in the preview listing window where the SG should also be visible.
7) If all as it should be you are done and can save if not cancel and try again.
Phew, in other words it is best to do this only as a last resort !!
