ANyone else having a problem?

Sometimes Auctiva is slow in uploading additional pictures. It might take up to 12 hours or more. I got that problem recently. I added additional pictures in Auctiva to my existing eBay listings, got the confirmation. Then 5 hours later I noticed that they were not added to the listing. So I added them again. Guess what? Next day I had two sets of identical photos added, so now my listings have double of each photo. I have just left it like this, I wasted enough time already. It doesn't look professional but I refuse to spend more time on this issue. Lesson learnt: upload once and just wait whatever time it takes (remember the additional photos are FREE after all)

I'm just going nuts here. Haven't used Auctiva for a few months but something is very different. I've been preparing listings the last couple days and the more I do, the more I get the firefox error message, shut down, then have to start all over. Started uploading the pics first as that's when the problem comes and I was tired of having to enter all the info all over. It just got worse and worse. So I switched back to Internet Explorer and there is so much weirdness there too. Don't know if I will ever get my listings completed. Does anyone know exactly what the problem could be????
