Anyone else having a problem listing?

I have been trying to list for the last 1 1/2 hours. when I hit the post or save button at the bottom of the page it goes back to the sign in page, and my listings are lost.
What is going on?
I have cleared my cache. I have tried with 2 browsers Internet Explorer and Firefox, it did it with both.

I don't have such problem, we I do have another problem about shipping fees. Some of my items can be listed onto eBay but some cannot.

An error message appears:
API Error

The total amount for shipping service cost and insurance exceeds £3.00 maximum allowed for selected category.

I don't know why, all of my items use the same shipping fees and insurance cost, but some appears this error message.

Does anyone know why?
