Is anyone else having this problem? I submitted a file support request on 9/7 and was notified that the problem was forwarded to engineering and that I would get a response. No response yet and still having the same problem.

I finally got a response from Support. I guess I'll try creating a new account as this problem happens with all pics I upload.
