Best thing to do if you feel that Auctiva is running slow for you and want to know why is to file a support case. Support is keeping tabs on how the site is running minute by minute, and they contact the technical staff immediately when they discover a problem is occurring. They can give you the best and most up to date information, and they will appreciate you letting them know if you are having a problem.
