Anyone else out there having this problem??

I do my listings on Auctiva. With all of my saved profiles. Click on preview and everything is there no problem. But after the listing has been uploaded to Ebay the check out information is blank?? Don't know what the problem is?? It started happening when I opened up my Ebay store? Anyone know of any fixes?

Weird, cause it shouldn't post at all without checkout options selected. Can you share a item number# so someone can look at it?
I'd also suggest filing a support ticket, cause listings shouldn't launch without certain info.
