Every single time i try to use auctiva recently something is wrong with their system whether it's listings messing up, system locking up, error messages etc
the first 'A' in Auctiva should be replaced with an 'S'
I'm still getting an error message here in England, and it's 13.06pm here. I'm sure I should be back on by now, or have I got muddled with the time change? Can anyone help me please, because Auctiva just sent me the standard reply, which didn't answer my question!
I've been trying to log in for the last 15 minutes or so, and everytime I put in my username and password it shoots me to the error screen. Is there an ETA on this fix?
We must all be smart and are using FireFox. I use FF 3.5.s and have gotten the same error this morning. I tried IE8 and Auctiva works fine.
What I'm really surprised about is the deafening silence from Auctiva Support on this. Granted, when you get this error, you can not even open a support ticket (it errors out as well), but I will bet lunch that the support guys & gals (and especially Jeff) are watching threads in this section like hawks.
So... how 'bout it Auctiva Support? Whatya break this time???
I'm using IE7 and getting the same error message. The only link on the error screen I can connect to is forums. Home, help and the contact support links are not working.
Yes, problems here 6 miles from the geographical center of Illinois too! I posted an Ebay listing last night & 1 tonight, both have lots(lots!!) of white space between the seller details. Tried to file a support request and got an error. Is it me or them?
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
