Anyone having problems with Auctiva spell check?

I have not had any problem using the spell check while creating a listing. Perhaps file a support ticket with Auctiva and maybe they can see what, if anything, is happening behind the scenes on your end.

Hi, I see the same problem, have done since yesterday - but it was working fine the day before.

This has been the norm with me for about a year, off & on, off & on with spell check working...tonight the same thing, I am writing a listing do the spell ck and get the error, so I save my listing - go back - and it works..its always been hit and miss for me. Sometimes I save the listing go back next day and it works perfect for a week, them around and around again!

Support is always great, except for spell ck, as I have gone 'round with them on this..they tell me to clear this & that..does not work..and I know it's not on my end.

*saying a prayer is the best advise I can give!

For me it too has always been a hit & miss thing as to whether it works when I actually need it...?

The biggest problem I've had was "Can't find page". Also freeze up in the middle of checking. A few times, I purposely spelled something wrong and it didn't catch it. Most of the time its great!
