Hi, this must be a new thing but I am having a problem with auctiva saving a new listing that I am working on. It does'nt save the new listing but shows the old listing. Any modifications are gone.
I am having the same problem - I have spent 2 hours or more today trying to save listing and it either comes up blank for discription or back to the old one. I hope the Auctiva staff read this and fix the bug. Pass it on to them if anyone knows how. Thanks
I contacted Auctiva & they told me to delete my Temporary Internet Files, Cookies & History. then put Security on Default level. On Privacy, click Default...click Sites & type in Auctiva.com. Then under pop-up Blocker, add in Auctiva.com.
I did all this & was having no problems yesterday....hope it wasn't just a fluke!
In addition to my last post....I'm not a computer person, so what I'm telling you is just what I was told. You might want to check this out firsthand because I don't want to be responsible for anyones possible problems.
Shoppingnetty that is what csr told me to do and I did. That didn't work for me so they gave me a link to generate a registry scan and paste the results and send to them. Have not done that yet. Just now got back in and starting to work. This is the link sent to me
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
