I am sorry to hear that you have run into difficulties with our templates. In order for us to be able to take a look, it would help if we had some example listings where you have run into difficulty. Please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know a bit more about what issue or issues you are encountering and a few sample active listings where this is occurring and we'll be happy to look into it.

Please be aware that in the near future we will be providing a new suite of templates that are mobile friendly and free of active content to comply with the upcoming changes on eBay.
