API Error

I have posted an item to ebay, but it has been two API errors which are described below:

API Error
You must be a store owner to list Store Inventory Fixed-price items.

API Error
The seller is not qualified to list a store fixed price item, or store Fixed-Price feature is not available on international sites.

What wrong with that? How can I do it?

Must be you don't have an ebay store and therefore cannot list items as store inventory fixed price. What ebay site (country) are you using?

Yep, you need to have an eBayStore subscription to list a store inventory item.

United Kingdom site does have store subs. This yours?

Yes, it's mine. I want to post item using store fixed price which quantity about 10, but i cannot do it.
Is that mean I must subscribe for the eBay store, and then using the store inventory item? How much is the price of eBay store?

I think the basic store is $15.99 a month, plus listing fees, final value fees, etc.
