Hello all. I'm trying to do my first listing through Auctiva and I've encountered an "API Error". The exact text is listed below:
eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.
I've tried numerous things such as shortening the title, removing quotations out of the description, removing the word eBay out of the description, generating a new token and still no success. I have also sent a Support Case but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what I can do to resolve this. I know for a fact the problem isnt with by eBay account because I started another auction using eBay after I received the 1st error message. Thanks in advance for any help.
