API Error

Hi, can someone help me with the following error message when I'm posting items?
"Your weekly selling activity limits have been exceeded, or the user has not registered as a seller. Please check eBay for selling requirements."

I have no problem posting items with my another account, but just this account I have problem.

This is new eBay policy!

If you list designer items or brand names prone to counterfeits then they restrict your trading amounts. SO STUPID and ANNOYING when you list genuine items!
