If I'm not mistaken, this sounds like ebay is not letting you list because you have a BRAND name in your title (Louis Vitton, for an example) or your listing states that you accept cash, etc. They've been limiting listing of items with a hi risk of being fake, it's the luck of the draw that some get through and some don't. From what you say, I don't think it's Auctiva's problem I think it's on ebay's end. This happened to me once but when I tried it the next day it was accepted. I'm sorry I don't really have any better answers for you!

Thanks for your reply. But the funny thing about this is that I dont except cash the item I am trying to sell is a computer . I cant sell a fake apple powerbook. I guess I have to go back to using turbo lister until I find something else. I just dont get it. I have listed a auction just like it before and have not had problems.

Are your fees all paid up? That happened to me once and it said about the same thing to me. I finally figured out that I forgot to pay my listing fees. So when I paid them, my listings went through. Hope this helped.

Well pay fees are paid up and I am still unable to send this aution off. I dont know what else I should do to make this work.

I am having big problems with this right now. Very frustrating if you want to time your bid - the timing is going out the window!

I tried paying my fees bu to no avail. Grrr.

Try changing the title and remove the brand name, posting it and then once it posts, revise the listed auction back to include the brand name. Good luck!

Western Union is a big no-no with Ebay. No wonder you had trouble! Glad you got it worked out.

Oh, sorry to take up another post but Tiques_N_Ties is quite correct about revising...that will work too.

Ebay will still remove the listing if they catch you with "Western Union" in the description. They have scanners that check for certain key words including curse words, sexual words and believe it or not, the word "Cash". You can play with mispelling it but ebay is on to a lot of the ways around that.... Try W.Union or Wstern Unoin or something like that... Best of luck!
