i was change the title and description same as other seller who sell the same thing. but still not working.what should i do?

First, run an error check if you haven't already. If it passes, open a support ticket with Auctiva - http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx - and include the title of the problem item. They're usually very fast at determining the exact cause of the problem.
