API error

Hi,
Can someone tell me what an API error is? I tried to list a KNEX building set and it tells me ebay wont list it due to API Error. I have tried to catch live help but didnt have any luck so I sent in a help request...but haven't gotten a response yet. This has never happened to me before and I am very confused.

If the Tech Support folks haven't gotten back to you by now, post the full text of that API Error. There are many many types of API errors. If you're a new seller, the ones that pop up most often are related to restrictions or limits on new sellers or policy problems, e.g. fix priced without meeting qualifications for selling fixed priced.
