API Error

Hi,

I am recently new to Auctiva and on my first listing I received the following API error. If I read it correctly it means I will not be able to use the services of Auctiva for 90 days ?

As a new seller, we want to help you meet your buyers’ expectations and sell successfully. For this reason, not all seller tools (e.g., Turbo Lister and File Exchange) are available to you yet since they're reserved for sellers with more experience.

API error,

" After 90 days have passed from your first sale and you've received at least 10 selling Feedback points, you'll be able to use more advanced tools.

Hi Christopher Alexander,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I have reviewed this API error message that eBay returned when you attempted to list through Auctiva and, unfortunately, it does seem to indicate that you will not be able to use our software until you have received at least 10 selling feedback points and 90 days have passed from your first sale.

Given that circumstances, we will certainly be happy to arrange for you to have a new Free Trial once you have met these conditions and eBay will allow you to use our service though.

If you would like to take us up on this offer, please contact our Customer Support team directly from the “Help” tab on our site when you are ready to try using Auctiva again and we will set that up for you.
