API error

I'm trying to do my 1st listing to ebay using Auctiva and keep getting the following message:
"API Error

No rate table has been created.Please create the rate table."
What rate table? I'm offering free shipping. I have sales tax table set up in ebay. What am I missing? Thanks

OK, still not sure what was going wrong but finally got it listed.

Hello jcreel,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. It sounds like you have selected the checkbox for "Use eBay's domestic shipping rate table" in the Shipping Tools section of your listing, but you may not have configured those shipping tables in your eBay account first. You can click the following link to eBay to view information on how to properly configure your eBay shipping rates tables. Once you have done this, you should no longer encounter that API error when posting your listings to eBay with that option selected for them.
