yup, thanks Vickie, I just did that. I'm trying to get back into ebay after taking a couple of months off & I've never had so many problems.

Good for you taking some time off.

Hopefully they can tell you what is going on. I do not remember seeing that one.

It looks like Customer Support already got back to about your issue, but thought I'd post here because this info might be of help to others.

Closed listings cannot be "relisted" if they ended over 90 days ago--this is due to the fact that eBay doesn't keep entire Closed listings in their system for longer than that. So if our system tries to send a Closed listing to eBay as a "relist," their system will say "we don't have that ad saved anywhere, so you can't 'relist' it."

One of the benefits of using Auctiva is that your Saved listings are not deleted unless you delete them yourself. That way, if you want to "relist" something that didn't sell 3+ months (or even years) ago, you can find the Saved listing and use that to essentially make a "new" listing and post it to eBay without issue. Whenever you create a new listing and launch it to eBay, that ad is saved in the Saved listings file forever--kind of like an archive of listings that you have created.

Hope that helps explain the error message and how eBay handles closed listings.

That is ONE of the BEST FEATURES of Auctiva!!! There are others but that rates right up there.
