Yesterday I found that someone had put 13 PAGES of listings on MY EBAY. It was a one day only sale of laptops and computers. I contacted ebay LIVE HELP right away and they put me in touch with LIVE SECURITY HELP. It took 3 HOURS to get the 13 pages of illegal listings off and eBay had me change my eBay Account, PayPal and email passwords, which I did. They even called me on the phone to make sure it was ME!
FINALLY everything ( including the $400 listing fees that the illegal listers charged to MY account was cleared up and the 13 pages erased by eBAy. Now, today, I just listed 7 items and NONE of them posted. They said they DID but when I checked and they weren't on eBay, I checked Auctiva Scheduling and it said POSTING FAILED API ERROR. Authorized info and re sign in. So I changed my Auctiva password. Logged on reposted the items and NOTHING....showed same API ERROR etc. I came here and couldn't get in this discussion with my NEW password, but I could get into this discussion page with my OLD password. So no listings posted and old and new passwords are interchangeble and I'm totally confused! HELP please! Ann

Ok don't panic, I think I can help you, I hope this works, because is easy! Everytime you change your password on ebay, you need to UPDATE your ebay token here on Auctiva, I think you just need to go to the "my account tab" and do it there. After that you should have no problems, if that does not work for you, file a support ticket right away. I sure hope I have lead you in the right direction. Let me know!
