Why am I constanly getting this error message:

Attention Seller:
Thank you for choosing to sell on eBay.

To help protect both buyers and sellers, we may place limits on sellers' accounts. You can't list any more of these branded items for 30 days.

If your selling history of these items has been consistently positive, we might be able to raise your limit. If you'd like us to review your limit or have any questions about this, please email us and we'll be happy to help.

WHEN I ONLY AM TRYING TO LIST IT FOR 10 DAYS?!??!??!??! IT IS DRIVING ME MAD!

What is it that you are trying to sell? This doesn't look like an Auctiva message--it's directly from eBay. It looks like they are blocking you from listing the same "branded" items for the next 30 days for whatever reason. Definitely contact eBay and ask them to explain....I'm curious to know why too (if you find out anything.) Good luck!
It's because EBAY is RESTRICTING everyone to certain amounts of "brand" name items. It's EXTREMELY aggravating & I cannot list most of the inventory I have. It is happening to TONS of ebay sellers. Check out the ebay disussion boards. Tons of PO sellers. They will not tell you how many items you are alloted or anything about the restriction if you contact ebay either.
Just saw this post. Had the samething happen. It is Ebay. Due to all the blackmarket items appearing - they have restricted number of items you can list for any branded item. You need to email and ask them to lift your band. If you have positive feedback, etc. they will lift the band. I had to do this. I know it is a pain, but see where they are coming from due to lawsuits being filed against ebay for this reason.
