Hi,
I am new to Auctiva. Every time I try to list a new listing I get the following API error.

It appears that you are offering money order as a payment method which is no longer permitted in the eBay marketplace. As of January 15th, we will be removing any items that offer this payment method within the listing. Sellers must offer to accept one or more of the following payment methods

I only accept PAYPAL and the system thinks that I am posting differently. I have go to scheduled listings and removed any possible words "money or order" within the listing. I still can't seem to get the items to list. I am so frustrated and I don't want to duplicate listings. Please help.

Also, if something was edited correctly how quickly will it upload after the edit is saved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I"ve been unable to post any listings. Error message. Go into your Auctiva account- My Account. Go to the Settings box on right. Go to Ebay.Make sure all your information is correct. Mine wasn't...Auctiva was submitting the wrong user name. If not correct, get a new token. You will then be able to list your user name and password, if not correctly listed in My Account. Now I can list--Hurrah!!

Hi!
itsjustme is correct. Even having this statement in your listings in the Payment section: "Please make a payment via PayPal. We do not accept money orders or personal checks, because of fraud" will prevent the listing from being posted by eBay.

It's easy to fix your Saved Listings. Just update the Seller Details profile you used in them (by removing all references to money orders/personal checks.) The listings using that profile will be updated almost instantly, then you can try to re-post them.

To manage/edit your Seller Details profile, hover your mouse over the Profiles tab and select "manage" under the Seller Details section. Make your changes to the profile and remember to save when you are done.

Hope that helps!
