API error - ebay tutorial

Hello,

I have this error when I try to list a item on Ebay US:
"eBay has restricted your ability to list new items as a result of a violation of our Brand Name and Image Misuse policy. You can still access other features on eBay.

We'd be happy to lift this restriction once you've completed a brief tutorial about this policy. Once you've completed the tutorial, you can begin selling again immediately.

Take the tutorial"

I do not understand why, as I do not have any problem posting my listing in EBay Australia. I would like to post in Ebay US to use USD currency.

I didn't use any logo or pictures which is not from me. The description contains a brand name but that is only because the item comes from this brand.

I completed the tutorial but I'm still not able to post my listing.

Lindy,
Call Ebay and they will likely lift the block.

The only other thing I can think of is are you set up to have your items show in the USA?
Maybe there is a problem with that. I don't recall all the specifics about that but I remember reading something.
