API error?? HELP!!

i have; and they said to contact ebay which i have tried but it keeps on messing up even though i have followed everything! Im having no luck! I have checked my titles and descriptions and i cant see a problem?? x

There have to be words you're using that are on the unapproved list of eBay.

You're gonna have to go to ebay Live (it's on the home page) and hope they can help you determine what exactly you're using that eBay doesn't allow.

I have created a saved listing within your account entitled "Exact Error Message Returned by eBay". Please open this listing and click the "Preview" button to read the error message returned by eBay, and be able to click the associated links.

I believe the relevant part of this error message is "...and the item can only be shipped within the same country.". Based on the content of the error message returned by eBay, I believe you will have to edit these listings and remove the international destinations from your ship-to locations list in order to post these items successfully.
