API error ,help pls !!! Auctiva support

when i post or scheduled all of my saved listing in auctiva,it show the error!

what happend ,how should i do ..
pls help !

Hi Youker - Did you click on "Error Check" at the bottom of your listings? Sometimes that will reveal a problem. Otherwise you should file a support request from the Customer Support section of the Help page.

Usually an API error pops up when your eBay Token needs updating. As I understand it, EBay can't accept a listing from any 3rd party unless the 'token' is valid.

Go into 'My Account' the on the upper right go into Settings and you will find somewhere there an 'Update Token" section..click and update and save and you should be OK.
If not then I agree to file a support request.

i find the reason why it show the API error
i am a new comer on ebay..so ebay restrict my listing number

and it is ok now !!
