okay, tell me how this can be....

I am trying to list an item that 3 other people have listed, I use all of the same words practically as those other auctions and every time I try to list it through Auctiva I get an API Error message stating that there is either something wrong with:
The Title
The Decription
or
The item is prohibited on ebay.

NONE of this is true. I have compared at least three other current auctions of this SAME item that use all of the same words in the title, the description and no, the item is NOT prohibited. What now? I told ebay my title, my decription and about the item itself and they agreed everything is fine. They said the problem is on Auctiva's end. Any help appreciated.

Hi Community,

If you attempt to post a listing through Auctiva and the API error "bogartstuff43" mentioned above is returned, it is indicative that eBay has placed a restriction on your account or that item that is preventing that item from being posted as it is currently configured.

If you contact our customer support team regarding the errors you are receiving, we will be able to communicate the exact error message that eBay returned with you, which will indicate why the posting attempt was rejected and/or what needs to be changed in order to post the listing successfully.

You can contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
