In recent days I've been getting an intermittent API error - No return policy specified while trying to upload a new listing to eBay.

Problem is my payment profile for the listing has a return policy stated - as it has for more than a year, probably much longer. Worked well listing daily over that time period, now every few listings the upload is rejected.

I've found a work around by taking the failed listing and uploading the payment profile again to get the return policy to take. But this is frustrating as it slows down the listing process.

Anyone else had this error showing up intermittently?
